Included in the rent:
Gas, water, electricity, weekly bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and accessories, TV, parking, end-of-staying cleaning, internet, washing machine, detergent, flat-iron and, when available, fruits, vegetables and eggs from the garden.
Excluded:
Tourist tax: The tax is €1,50 per person (older than 14), per night, with a maximum of 5 successive nights.
Payment:
25% at booking, 75% on arrival.
Check-in:
On Saturday after 16:00. Guests are kindly asked to communicate any other arrival time in advance.
Check-out:
On Saturday by 10:30.
